MODUSTATETM ST sewage treatment systems are compact systems which use 100% natural processes and quickly recycle water for irrigation, cleaning, sprinkling for dust control or to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

STAGES OF THE MODUSTATETM ST WATER TREATMENT PROCESS:

Solid separation

Large particles, such as those derived from toilet paper, sanitary ware, etc., are removed from the wastewater through a solids separator. The most common options are a separator tank, a static grid or a rotary screen.

The accumulated solid matter must be removed periodically depending on system usage.

The treated water from the solids separation System, moves, by gravity to a 3 chamber bioreactor to continue with the treatment.

Aero-catalytic
Digestion Chamber

The first chamber of the MODUSTATETM ST reactor is equipped with an aeration system using micro-bubbles. Following their natural process, the microorganisms in the wastewater are intensely activated with the oxygenation produced by the aeration and dispensing of Dakarin® ,micronutrients, based on natural plant extracts. Dakarin® technology causes rapid digestion of the suspended organic matter and eliminates bad odours.

Anoxic Bio-Catalytic
Digestion Chamber

Following a gravity process, in the anoxic chamber, the organic matter in suspension is decanted and totally degraded. All reactions occur in a biocatalytic natural support impregnated with Dakarin®, resulting in crystalline treated effluent. The levels of biodegradable organic digestion in this chamber mean not having to empty the accumulated solids for several years. Such solids are generally non- biodegradable.

Polishing
Chamber

This chamber includes an aeration/re-oxygenation process using microbubbles, which enhances the clarity of the water. Using a submersible pump or by gravity, the treated water is discharged, odour-free for various uses or to be disposed of into the environment in a safe manner.

Phosphorous Precipitation Unit (Optional)

The control of phosphorus emissions from urban and industrial wastewater treatment plants is a key factor to preventing eutrophication of surface waters. Phosphorus is one of the nutrients that contribute most to the eutrophication of lakes and natural waters. In the MODUSTATETM ST system we achieve the elimination of phosphorus by chemical precipitation.

PHOSPHOROUS PRECIPITATION UNIT

This optional module is used to precipitate the phosphorus from the treated water, through flocculation.

SLEEP MODE PROGRAMME

Applied in systems that do not work continuously. With this program, during periods of reduced flow and by a recirculation that maintains the bioactivity, up to a 50% saving in power consumption and Dakarin® product is achieved.

TELEMETRY SYSTEM/SCADA

A remote and real time monitoring system, which offers advantages such as obtaining graphical representation of data, setting parameters to optimize the system, automatically detecting failures and breakdowns with warning by SMS to the operator or reducing inspection costs.
