The supply of drinking water has a direct impact on human health, and MODUSTATETM AQUA systems are therefore designed to ensure high quality treated water. The MODUSTATETM AQUA system is designed for small communities and residences, obtaining as a result treated potable water that is in full compliance with World Health Organisation Standards, UK Drinking Water Standards, and EU Potable Water Standards.
The most common sources of treatment are well water, partially saline surface/ground sources. MODUSTATETM AQUA integrates a primary filtration with multi-media and activated carbon and a secondary mechanical module for suspended solids. Finally, the disinfection is achieved by a UV sterilization module.
This filtration system, made up of layers of different materials, guarantees a high retention capacity of different suspended particles, as well as the elimination of other impurities: iron, organic matter or chlorine
The systems are specially designed to eliminate chlorine and organic matter, which is the cause of the odor, color and taste in water. It also removes phenols, many pesticides and herbicides from the water. The activation of carbon produces an excellent surface for filtration and provides it with a great capacity to absorb impurities.
Mechanical filtration works by circulating the water, using pressure, through filter cartridges, thus retaining all pollutants
The MODUSTATETM AQUA integrates a powerful module for the destruction of all microbial life through ultraviolet radiation. It is a physical process which does not alter the chemical composition or the taste or smell of the water.
The MODUSTATETM AQUA systems are mounted on a compact platform, which allows quick and easy installation.
The MODUSTATETM AQUA systems can be equipped with optional PLC based controls and telemetric systems, such as sensors and alarms, when required. Thus provides high efficiency with low maintenance.
